Spring/ Summer 2011 Linen Lawn
This season they want your wardrobe to look picture book pretty....
when they set up linen lawn over two years ago, they made a vow
only to use the finest of fabrics and the prettiest of prints,
and they're proud to say that they've kept to their side of the deal!
Using only Liberty of London fabrics ensures their promise is kept and
the same luxurious quality is delivered throughout each collection.
Spring/ summer 2011 they have been utterly inspired by Liberty's 'Story Book Collection'
created by a number of established , as well as up and coming illustrations.
Big name illustrator Quentin Blake even adapted his own illustration-' L is for Legs' especially for Liberty's Spring/ Summer fabric collection.
As well as Blake's quirky prints they have fallen head over heels
of award winning author-illustrator Polly Dunbar's' ten dancing princesses'- all,
of course dressed in gorgeous Liberty prints!
Spring/ summer 2011 boats exquisitely created, easy – to- wear pieces
with Linen Lawn' trademark wonderful simple aesthetic.
They beautiful creations that are always chic, modern, yet classic,
and this season is no exception.
The collections is all handmade and the fabrics have been used
for this season are silk/cotton voile, crisp lana lawn and super –
soft jersey cotton.
So Margaret ' the designer of Linen Lawn, says whether it's a wedding,
garden party or simply for lounging in luxury we want your summer
to look Picture Book pretty....and in the words of Ms Dunber we want to ensure
all our Linen lawn ladies shall ' go to the ball' dressed in
stunning Liberty print dresses.....
